Golden Milk w/Ginger & Turmeric

Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk of choice

  • 1 teaspoon ground turmeric

  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • Pinch black pepper

  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey

  • ½ tablespoon coconut oil (optional but best to add if you’re going with a non-dairy milk!)

  • Additional spices like ginger, cardamom, or vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a saucepan over medium heat and bring to a simmer. Simmer for 10 minutes to let the flavors meld.

  2. Pour the golden milk into mugs and enjoy!
