Golden Milk w/Ginger & Turmeric

Ingredients
2 cups milk of choice
1 teaspoon ground turmeric
¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
Pinch black pepper
1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey
½ tablespoon coconut oil (optional but best to add if you’re going with a non-dairy milk!)
Additional spices like ginger, cardamom, or vanilla extract
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a saucepan over medium heat and bring to a simmer. Simmer for 10 minutes to let the flavors meld.
Pour the golden milk into mugs and enjoy!
