Mulled Cider w/ ginger & buffalo berries

Our take on mulled cider made with our own organically grown ginger and buffalo berries

As we move closer to winter, the desire to consume warming drinks and spices increases! This mulled cider recipe uses fresh, organic and local ingredients so you can feel good about sipping on this hot, sweet beverage.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 gallon Plymouth Orchard Organic Apple Cider

  • 1/2 cup of buffalo berries or berry of your choice (we also like elderberry or raspberry)

  • 1 tsp - 1 tbs ground cinnamon

  • 2 tbs grated ginger

  • 1/4 tsp cayenne

Instructions

  • Put all ingredients in a sauce pan on medium-high heat

  • Once the cider starts to boil, turn the heat down to low and simmer for 20 min

  • Turn off heat, strain and serve hot or cold

  • Can be stored in the fridge for up to a week or frozen up to 6 months
